5. Prepare also a healthy drink in your house like water, non-fat milk or low fat, vegetable and fruit juice, and remove all types of unhealthy drinks such as alcoholic drinks, drinks too much sugar or soda, and so forth from your homes, so that in life Your daily consume only healthy drinks
