Although it is nearly Spring already it is safe to say that it is still freezing cold outside which means when you are going out and walking into buildings you will need it to be that extra toasty inside. If you are thinking about going to a restaurant in the middle of the winter you are surely expecting the place to feel nice and cosey inside?
The thing is, so many of these top restaurants do not have things like portable heaters or even a simple fan heater. But why on earth is this, they know their customers are going to be freezing cold.
Will there really isn’t an excuse for not getting one of these because they are not expensive at all. The only problem comes when you start to get complaints from customers because they are cold.
The Recession
Just because the people have a bit more money it does not mean people are going to waste money in a restaurant where they are not able to eat because they are so cold. Of course the food comes first but if you have that bit extra left over at the end of the month get something like an oil filled radiator.
It would certainly be a major shame for a restaurant to go under after getting through the recession just because the place is not heated. If you are worried about this then why not simply ask your customers what they think? This is a really good idea because it shows that you really care about the people.
So if you ever see a customer popping their coat on during the meal then you know somerhing is up with one of them, you could then look into heating the place up.
You really do need to be looking into any issues that your customers have with the restuarant, it really is not good enough just to be taking care of one problem, all of them need to be looked into.
