Portable Outdoor Small Gas Grills

Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

The past 10 years has seen a popular rise in the use of charcoal on a grill, gas grills are still used more often. They are easier to light, easier to run, and they heat up a lot quicker. We have all experienced the frustration of a grill that is not hot enough to cook on. I do love the flavor and scent that comes from charcoal however you can cheat and buy charcoal specially designed for use on a gas grill! So you have the best of both worlds without the hassle and pain of pandering to charcoal. I am all for an easy life, and when I want to grill or barbecue, I like it to be a fun and calm experience.

Study shows that people who have gas grills use them more often, too. So they have more fun! Gas users are more relaxed and chilled to be around during a barbecue! That is certainly true of me. Before gas grills became really affordable and available in cute small sizes, I did have a charcoal grill. My barbecues were fraught and stressful events. Using gas means that you can fire up the grill at a moments notice and get cooking within minutes.

Whilst most people still only use their grills for meat and fish, whereas I alway pop my veg on the grill with my meat and fish. Sometimes I just skewer it and grill it like that, or make a bag out of foil to place it in with a little water or stock. Works just as if you were steaming it and keeps all the flavour in. Delicious. Try it you might like it.

Maintain your grill well, always keep it clean and cover it when it is not in use. By following these steps you will get years of fun and use out of your grill.
