<p>Begin with the Split Squat. Stand in front of a weight bench, propping a foot to your rear on the bench.  Lower your body until your trailing knee as near to the floor as possible.</p>
<p>The leg that is rearward will feel a stretch.Continue to work your legs, doing the curl with an exercise ball.With the back on the ground, use each leg to squeeze the ball and raise it.</p>
<p>With each elbow on the ball ahead of your shoulders, get into plank posture. Stay in this position while bracing your abdominals.</p>
<p> Now you have two sequences that you can do in a short time to keep that fat off your body.</p>
